Tony Anderson told me to get off the private property one September Sunday morning around 10 am 2010 as I was walking the grounds to see the unit that was listed for sale on Yahoo.com as a foreclosure. He was wearing camouflage fatigues and looked over 250 pounds, so I turned around and walked on the golf course around to my car thinking surely they all can’t be like that. His OCD narcissistic bullying turned out to allegedly be the whole Board Of Directors of the Homeowners Association of Country Club Condominiums administered by corrupt property management companies and a law firm that had made donations to the Washington County Judiciary to get favorable verdicts. Richard Vial was also in Salem working with the Legislature allegedly to get favorable treatment affecting even the Supreme Court.
Summary Judgements kept Justice away for me until three other owners proved that financial fraud was committed, but that didn’t stop attorney Michael Vial and board president John Hatch from using another motion of contempt served the day after the annual elections when Eric Hoag was voted onto the board. John Hatch, Barbara Madsen and her sister Sandy Memmott along with Mary Washkoske all resigned. I should have had the case Dismissed, but my attorney failed to do anything on time and I lost another $40,000. I took my attorney Shauna Meyer through Arbitration and won some of my money back.
The system is rigged and broken by judicial collusion and corruption of the legal process. They took my home and retirement savings, but I still haven’t died because of them yet. Not much of me left, but the comforting cats and the remaining wildlife and natural landscape outside in Cherie’s zen garden sanctuary.
